About the Belux Chapter

We are a passionate group of people based and running exciting events in Belgium and Luxembourg. Our mission is to: 

  • Create an environment where everyone feels empowered to be themselves. 
  • Foster an inclusive culture by engaging leaders and allies. 
  • Implement concrete diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives across the industry.

Dare to Be Fearlessly Authentic: How a Safe Work Environment Can Make People Thrive

An interactive and inspirational session on building psychologically safe work environments, where people were able to be themselves and learn how to thrive on a professional and personal level. We learnt how everyday actions can make a big difference, by hearing real-life experiences from Senior Executives as well as participating in an interactive sharing of practical tools and strategies that we could take back to our own workplaces.

From Awareness to Action: Building a Fairer Workplace Together

We ran a Lean-In workshop focused on unconscious bias, where we explored how to recognise and address biases in our workplaces. This interactive session aimed to empower us all to take actionable steps towards creating a more inclusive environment.

Dual Careers: Thriving Together

Our event focused on the dynamic landscape of dual careers and the art of thriving within two-income households. In today’s fast-paced world, more couples are navigating the complexity of balancing professional aspirations, personal fulfillment, and shared responsibilities. This event was designed to delve into the strategies, challenges, and successes of couples who are successfully managing their careers and understand how companies can best support their employees in achieving this.
