Recruitment for Chapter Co-Chairs happens as and when a Co-Chair position opens up. Co-Chairs are usually recruited by existing Chapter volunteers and they must come from a Partner company.

To move the needle, LEAD Network organises key industry events ideal for senior leader engagement. Twice a year we hold CEO Roundtables, bringing together 40+ peers for conversations on DEI topics. We can also come in and deliver a talk or a workshop to spark the conversation with your leadership team. Please get in touch for more information.

We support our Partners by focusing on talent retention, and are not a recruitment platform. If you are looking for a job, or are interested in joining the sector and would like to learn more, then our numerous networking events organised by Chapters can be a great way to explore.

Our dynamic Partner and Member network is an excellent pool of potential speakers for the events. LEAD Network can support with the DEI speaking engagement either directly or via a bridge to a professional from the Network, as part of Partnership benefits.
