About the UK Chapter

Our mission is advocating for gender equality & driving change through networking, engagement & knowledge-sharing, so everyone in CPG and retail, at every level, can thrive.
Our committee come together to support this through a programme of events and activities, sharing best practice and personal stories from our expanding membership of over 4.5k UK based professionals.
In 2025 we will be hosting onboarding events, virtual connects and networking, webinars and in person events with partner companies.

A hybrid event hosted by EY bringing LEAD network members together in an environment in which we learnt more about neurodiversity and inclusivity in the working world.
