About the Bulgaria Chapter
The Bulgaria Chapter of LEAD Network was launched in November 2024 as part of the organisation’s mission to promote equality and diversity in the workplace, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sectors. The establishment of LEAD Network Bulgaria Chapter was made possible with the support of several well-established companies in the country, including Prestige, Lidl Bulgaria, Fantastico Group, Nestlé Bulgaria, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, Metro Bulgaria, Mondelēz Bulgaria, Cargill Bulgaria, Danone Bulgaria, EY Bulgaria, eBag, Yettel, and IKEA.
The main priorities of the Bulgaria Chapter have been shaped by input from its members. They focus on:
- attracting new talent to the retail and consumer goods sectors,
- supporting both career and personal development,
- and raising overall awareness of DEI topics.
