We are a passionate group of digital professionals with a mission to empower women to grow their careers successfully in digital – helping them to connect, thrive, and lead. We want to increase female representation in digital technology roles across all career stages, aiming for gender parity (50:50) in senior roles in the digital field within the CPG & Retail industry.
