About the Digital Chapter

We are a passionate group of digital professionals with a mission to empower women to grow their careers successfully in digital – helping them to connect, thrive, and lead. We want to increase female representation in digital technology roles across all career stages, aiming for gender parity (50:50) in senior roles in the digital field within the CPG & Retail industry.

We host a CIO Networking opportunity with like-minded peers aiming to collaborate to move the needle towards gender equity in STEM. We offer an opportunity to make CIO connections and provide strategic advice/support of chapter activities. We leverage personal/professional networks to add capacity and expertise.

Kellanova: Forging the Future for Female Talent in IT

We partnered with Kellanova to host an event dedicated to shaping the future of female talent in IT. It consisted of engaging talks from both internal and external speakers, a dynamic panel session exploring key themes in digital leadership and inclusion, and networking drinks and canapés to connect with peers and industry leaders

Enterprise Architecture – Career Pathways and 101

Roopali Khanvilkar, I.T Director at Kellanova shared her experience as an Enterprise Architect. Her talk focused on the tools, techniques, and skills required to develop in this discipline.
