About the Germany Chapter

Founded in 2015, the LEAD Network Germany Chapter is one of the earliest Chapters, with nearly 2,000 members as of 2024. We’re one of the top-five largest geographical Chapters, and are passionate about advancing the organisation’s mission. At the moment, we are focusing on driving education and engagement behind DEI in order to build a more inclusive business culture in Germany.
