About the ImpactM – Menopause Chapter
The purpose of the ImpactM chapter is to break the stigma around menopause in the workplace by raising awareness, building a supportive community, and equipping organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to support women’s wellbeing, retain experienced talents and drive sustainable performance for people and business.
The chapter aims to highlight why menopause matters for long‑term business performance, and outline how creating safe spaces, encouraging allyship, and sharing best practices can help dismantle stigma. The chapter seeks to normalise conversations and to equip workplaces with the knowledge, tools, and cultural support needed to ensure women can thrive throughout all stages of their careers.
