The LEAD Network Poland Chapter brings together CPG and retail professionals to accelerate gender equity, support career growth, and inspire inclusive leadership.

About the Poland Chapter

We are a passionate group of people based in Poland with the aim of become a leading advocate for gender equity and inclusive business practices in the Polish FMCG sector. We aim to achieve this by: 

  • Fostering diversity and inclusion (D&I) within the Polish FMCG industry by leveraging best practices from across Europe, strengthening local business networks, and increasing awareness of D&I topics. 
  • Inspiring, mentoring, and bringing business leaders together to make diversity and inclusion a strategic priority in Poland.

Great Women of Warsaw Tour

We told the stories of extraordinary women – scientists, artists, generals, scandalists and feminists. Women of merit for Warsaw, who throughout their lives paved the way for Polish women to equality, education and work, titles and independence.

Menopauza bez tabu

We prepared a series of activities on International Women’s Day, including a webinar “Menopause Without Taboos”.

Ankieta aplikacyjna dla Mentee

We run a mentoring programme which aims to support the personal and professional development of participants. It is a unique initiative as it allows participants to go beyond their home organization by connecting Mentors and Mentees from different organizations. By pairing experienced Mentors with individuals seeking support and direction, we provide an opportunity for learning, mutual inspiration, and building lasting professional relationships.
