LEAD Network
Sweden Chapter

Where dialogue sparks change.

About the Sweden Chapter

LEAD Network’s newly launched Sweden chapter focuses on wellbeing and inclusion from an equality perspective to support LEAD Network’s overall mission and vision of creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

The chapter encourages open dialogue about taboo topics such as  pay transparency, partner parental leave, menstruation and menopause. These are fundamental change drivers to empower partners companies and members to connect more with the aim to learn, build awareness and enable actions within our community.
