The LEAD Network Gender Diversity Scorecard is a bi-annual survey that has been tracking the proportion of women holding senior executive positions in the European Retail and Consumer Goods sector since 2017.

It is the only benchmark specifically analysing the state of gender diversity across CPG and Retail companies in Europe.

The scorecard provides our Partner companies with a useful benchmarking tool, as well as acting as a pulse check on the general health of the sector in relation to gender diversity. By periodically reviewing the data, we can assess how far we’re collectively moving the needle.
