  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner companies to ensure value of partnership is seen across levels.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business and DEI goals, developing tailored strategies to support their initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to enhance partner success and strengthen relationships.

Fundraising

  • Secure renewal and growth revenue from Partners and secure additional funds via sponsor fees, ticket revenue and bespoke services.
  • Support the Head of Development and Member Experience on new Partner prospecting and engagement.

  • Persistence: You get the job done!
  • Purpose driven: You are personally inspired by our mission and values, and are a culture carrier – an individual who carries our culture with you during each interaction on behalf of the LEAD Network.

Relevant experience

  • Working within the non-profit sector.
  • Sales experience within the Consumer or Retail industry (business-to-business preferred).
  • Exposure to the Consumer Product & Retail industry is a must, plus a strong professional network in this industry.
