LEAD Network is a nonprofit, volunteer led organisation advancing women in the Consumer Goods & Retail industry across Europe. With 27,000+ members, 64+ corporate partners and 430+ volunteers, we are expanding our impact through LEAD Network Services B.V., which positions our Learning/Education Programmes and opportunities to a wider audience.
To support this growth, we are seeking two experienced, relationship-driven Sales Contractors to drive new long-term partnerships across the CPG, Retail and adjacent sectors. Partnership development is the core focus of this role.
This is a commission only, independent contractor role suited to someone who values flexibility, autonomy and purpose, and who is confident generating new business through credibility and strong networks. Ideally based in the UK, Germany or France; other strong network locations considered.
The Opportunity
You will identify, develop and secure new partner companies, helping shape how LEAD Network is positioned in the market.
In addition to partnership sales, you will also introduce companies to our Learning/Education Programmes and, where relevant, Sponsorship opportunities—both of which enhance how organisations engage with LEAD Network.
Our focus is on longterm, mutually valuable partnerships, not transactional sales wins.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and progressing new partnership opportunities
- Managing a pipeline from first conversation through to close
- Tailoring compelling partnership pitches, incorporating programmes or sponsorships where relevant
- Strengthening sales messaging with market insight
- Negotiating and closing partnership agreements
- Representing LEAD Network at industry events across Europe
- Building trusted relationships with prospective companies
- Sharing insights and progress with the central team
How You’ll Work
You will build on LEAD Network’s established sales frameworks and bring commercial judgement, curiosity and strong industry connections.
Credibility, trust building and a longterm mindset are essential.

Experience & Background
- 5+ years B2B sales/business development in CPG, Retail or adjacent sectors
- Strong understanding of corporate decision making environments
- Proven ability to generate and close partnership opportunities
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Practical Details
- Fluent English
- Remote (UK/Europe) with appetite for inperson connection
- Eligible to operate as a selfemployed contractor
- Available immediately or within one month
Compensation – Commission only, paid as a percentage of Year1 partnership value.
