Training Facilitator (Contractor Role)

The LEAD Network is a non-profit and volunteer-led membership organisation with a Mission to attract, retain, and advance all women in the retail and consumer goods industry, creating sustainable business value. Our Vision is for a diverse and equitable workforce where everyone can contribute and grow, and where organisations thrive. LEAD Network has over 19,000 Members, from 81 countries, and partners with over 66 companies from our industry. We have over 410 volunteers; over 310 of these are Chapter Committee Volunteers. We have 15 geographic and thematic Chapters, with new Chapters under development. In the last 18 months, we have been transforming our organisation to ensure we realise our growth ambitions.

About the Role

Are you interested in educating and enlisting senior leaders in leading through the lens of equity? LEAD Network is seeking facilitators with deep experience in leading diversity, equity, inclusion and allyship programming. We have an opportunity to support the pilot of a new programme with a selection of our Partner companies in 2025.
