We connect talent with senior leaders, foster allyship, and create opportunities for growth, innovation, and lasting industry change.

The vision of the NextGen initiative is:

  • To empower NextGens to grow authentically in their careers and to build a future leader pipeline.
  • To hear NexGen voices – their opinions and challenges – and provide them with peer-to-peer support to overcome them.
  • To connect NextGens to senior leaders – bridging the generation gap.
