Supply Chain Chapter

Empowering women in FMCG supply chains through connection, visibility, and inclusive leadership.

About the Supply Chain Chapter

We are a passionate group of supply chain professionals on a mission: to attract, support, and advance women in various roles in retail and FMCG supply chains.  How do we do it?

  • Networking – Building strong connections that open doors.
  • Role Models – Showcasing inspiring women who lead the way.
  • Best Practices – Sharing knowledge and strategies for success.
  • Allyship – Encouraging inclusive leadership and support from people of all identities.

We believe in learning, growing, and having fun! From tackling industry transformations to exploring AI trends, we organise engaging events—both in-person and virtual—designed to connect, inspire, and elevate women in supply chain. Join us and be part of the movement.

We invite you to follow our LinkedIn. Here you can connect directly with the work of the Supply Chain Chapter where we share best practices, promote allyship and bring visibility of powerful role models to support the attraction and advancement of women leaders in supply chain.

Networking & Impact

This year, we’re expanding opportunities for our members to connect across five European cities! Our first event kicks off in April in Paris, followed by Hamburg, London, Zurich, and Amsterdam—each featuring inspiring speakers and role models to spark conversation and drive change.

Last year, we led thought-provoking discussions on AI in Supply Chain, including two “Demystifying AI” panels in London, with expert panelists from John Lewis, XDPA AI, Brambles, PA Consulting, IBM, McCormick, and Genpact.

NextGen Leaders

A new initiative is on the way! We’re forming peer coaching groups to support women at the start of their careers, equipping them with skills, confidence, and networks to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.

Senior Women in Transition Peer Groups

We’ve launched dedicated peer-support groups to help women navigate career transitions with trusted advice, shared experiences, and powerful networking.

"I volunteer because I believe passionately in advocating for equitable workplaces. The impact I can have as an individual in effecting sustainable change is amplified enormously by volunteering alongside like-minded and energetic fellow Supply Chain Chapter Members."
